Everything was simply very good. It was fairly clean place, staff were attentive, and I truly enjoyed my stunning room. The breakfast served in the bar was enjoyable and lovely. The venue's position was central. Had tea and goodies at Kawiarnia Kmicic, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

It offers easy access to all the restaurants and shops, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service despite the language barrier. The rooms are well-maintained, with some offering a beautiful view of Giewont from the balcony. The breakfast provided is tasty and satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary water bottles available at the hotel spa. the hotel's location was ideal, with close proximity to the town center and a beautiful surrounding mountainous view. the spa interior was pleasingly decorated and well-maintained.

I was blown away by the incredible design features at Bachleda Residence. From the moment I entered, I was surrounded by top-notch luxury. The rich colors, hand-carved wood, and the highlander mountain feel were truly impressive. The staff's ability to speak multiple languages made it easy for me to communicate in English throughout my stay. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations with its wide variety of healthy and indulgent options. I also appreciated the presence of a great espresso machine. Although I didn't have a chance to visit the spa, it looked very inviting and I plan to experience it on my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities were beyond expectation, from the delicious dishes served in the restaurant to the comfortable foot massages enjoyed at the Spa & Wellness Centre. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also great alternatives. the location was perfect, offering easy access to all local attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited capacity of the jacuzzi. A group of guests occupied it for a long time, making it unavailable to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the city centre and famous Kropowki street. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good selection. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, and the parking garage was convenient.
